The old Hotmail angle is the giveaway for me. A mob that bought a stale email list and blasts it out isn't behaving like a place I'd trust with my ID documents. UncleVeteran's right that the cashout screenshot is the only proof worth anything; I've been through this cycle before with outfits that were lovely right up until you asked for the withdrawal. I'm with Paul on this one, I keep my notes on every venue and online joint I've touched, and the places that chased me via bought lists were never the ones that paid up cleanly. The difference is a licensed Aussie bookie or a regulated joint can actually be held to it. If someone here does get Ripper to process a cashout, post the screenshot and the timeline. Until then: no payout, no proof. And nobody hand your passport scans to a site you can't even pin a licence on.

Yeah my mum's ancient Hotmail got the same emails, she's never gambled online in her life 😬 That pretty much settles it for me.
