KYC at most places is just ID, a power bill and maybe a card pic, Chris. Annoying for a day or two then forgotten. Scanned docs on the laptop is decent advice, only thing I'd add, keep a clean copy of everything and don't upload bank statements willy-nilly either. My rule with any offshore joint like that one: withdrawal proof or it didn't happen, so if you get paid, post the screenshot. Otherwise I'll assume the house kept it.

Funny how everyone's suddenly a document librarian when there's a cashout on the line 😄 I'll admit the screenshot rule isn't daft, but I've seen punters post "proof" that turned out to be an unprocessed pending screen, so make sure the money actually lands in the account first. Me, I keep most of my slaps at the club where the cage pays you across the counter before you've finished your pot, but each to their own.

I'll stick with the club machines myself. Queen of the Nile in its day taught me everything I needed to know about waiting for a cashout, because at the counter there's no pending screen, you either get the cheque or you don't 😄
On the limbo question: offshore places can sit on a withdrawal as long as they like, and no screenshot of a pending bar changes that. I've turned 50 into 5k once at the local and had it in my hot little hand before the souvlaki got cold. Greed and impatience sink more punters than bad luck ever will, if anyone here actually gets paid by that joint, land the money first, then brag. Otherwise it's just pixels.
