Oh no, that's so annoying 😅 I only just started going to the club near me and the cage people have been nice so far, but I've been too scared to even ask questions lol. What sort of runaround did they give you? Was it about withdrawal limits or just them being rude? 😢

Yeah copped that once too, asked a simple question about cashing out and got treated like I was pulling a scam 😭 Best trick I've found is just asking the duty manager directly instead of the counter staff, cuts through the attitude quick. Usually the floor staff are fine, one bad egg on the cage ruins the whole sesh 💸

Duty manager trick is a good one, xspin, learned that the hard way myself years back. Had a bloke at a counter up here treat me like a suspected bank robber over a straightforward payout question, went over his head and it was sorted in five minutes flat. Funny thing is the staff on the floor were lovely the whole session. It only ever seems to turn sour at the cage 😄

Same story here, the second a payout question involves anything past a straight ticket swap the counter staff go robotic. Tried the duty manager route once after ten minutes of being bounced at the cage, had it sorted before I'd finished my coffee. Went back to the pokies after and the session actually paid for the annoyance, so no complaints overall 🔥
