Copy-paste support replies on a KYC query sounds rough, that's the one thing you want a real human for, since they're holding your cash hostage until it's sorted.

my rule after decades on the club machines, if a place can't give me a straight answer to a simple question before i've deposited, i treat everything after that with squinted eyes. keeps the heart rate down and the wallet happier 😉
